Now Hiring For:

  • Full-Time in-home sales position in Tampa or Orlando area.

    You will be responsible for in person consultations with homeowners selling windows and doors.

    No cold calling or door knocking. Our company places a lot of value on generating highly qualified leads.

    Previous sales or industry experience is not required.

    We have a comprehensive initial training class, continued on-going training, full peer mentorship and supportive sales management all to ensure you have a successful career.

    Required Qualifications /Skills:

    • Previous Sales Experience NOT Required

    • Highly self-motivated

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Dedicated to your own growth

    • Teachable and willing to learn

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00

    • Average first year earning $100,000.00. Top performers make upwards of 250,000.00

    • $500/ week base pay (for the first two months) + high commission pay structure

  • WindowWall is looking for a highly motivated and driven sales representative who prepares accurate bids for commercial (new construction & remodel projects), and residential (new construction and remodel projects), by communicating with customers, analyzing blueprints, providing solutions, generating proposals, and closing the deals with contracts and collecting payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed and close business.

    Leads will flow to you and your job is to initiate contact, determine the scope of the project, and produce solutions and proposals for the customers. You will convert those potential projects into sales, through timely follow up and responsive communication, while developing long-term working relationships with our clients to drive repeat business. Top producers will leverage their networking skills to generate even more opportunity!

    Required Qualifications /Skills:

    • Sales experience required (2-3 years)

    • Experience in construction field required (2-3 years)

    • Construction related sales experience preferred (3 years)

    • Ability to read plans and sets of drawings for construction.

    • Bachelors or Technical degree required

    • Must be organized and a fast learner with different online applications.

    • Good reading skills and comprehension of specifications and technical documents.

    Pay: $52,000 Base + Uncapped Commision

    • Average first year earning $100,000. Top performers make upwards of 250,000.
