Text Messaging Terms
Program. WindowWall Text Messages are sent by WindowWall to homeowners who asked us for a free estimate and agreed to receive texts: on a form on this website, by telling one of our team on the phone that we may text them, or by texting us first. See how our text messages work.
What we send.Follow-up on your estimate request, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, your consultant's arrival, documents for you to review and sign, payment links you ask for, project and installation updates, service follow-up, and occasional offers and seasonal reminders about our windows and doors.
Automated messages. Some of our texts are sent automatically or written by our virtual assistant. Reply at any time to ask for a person.
How often. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. We will confirm by text and send nothing further unless you reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call or text (877) 552-2530.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We never share, sell, or rent your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Estimates & Quotes
Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided through this website or in response to your request are preliminary and subject to change following an in-home consultation and final measurement. No contract is formed until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
