What We Keep

WindowWall keeps the information you share with us to answer your questions, schedule and complete your project, and keep a record of our work together. That includes what you send through our website forms, by phone, text or email, and through our Facebook and Instagram pages: a comment under a post or ad, a direct message, or a lead form, together with your name or username, your contact details and the words of the conversation.

How to Ask Us to Delete It

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, in any of these ways:

• Email marketing@windowwallfl.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address or with the phone number we have on file.
• Send a direct message to our Facebook or Instagram page saying “Delete my data”.
• Call or text (877) 552-2530.

What Happens Next

We confirm your request within 5 business days, remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, and confirm when it is done. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as a signed contract, invoices and warranty records for work we performed.

Information From Facebook and Instagram

The WindowWall Marketing Dashboard app receives comments, messages and lead forms from our Facebook page and Instagram account so our team can answer you. Deleting your data removes WindowWall’s copies. The original comment or message stays on Facebook or Instagram under your own account, where you control it.
