Team Text Messaging Privacy Policy

For work text messages we collect only:

• Your name and job title or role
• The mobile phone number you give us for work notices
• Your email address
• Your signed consent to receive work text messages, with its date
• The messages we send you and any replies you send to (877) 471-3908 or (877) 847-4148

When you join WindowWall, you complete and sign the WindowWall Staff SMS Consent & Agreement Form. On it you give the mobile number you want work notices sent to and agree to receive transactional text messages from WindowWall about your work. You can change the number or stop the texts at any time.

We use your mobile number and the other information above only to send you work notices, for example:

• An appointment assigned to you
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Visit changes or cancellations
• A customer's signature waiting for your countersignature
• Proposal updates, such as a customer opening the proposal you left with them
• Order notices from the Ordering desk, such as a measurement to confirm before an order is placed or parts ordered for a service job

These are transactional messages about your work. We never send marketing or promotional messages to team members from these numbers.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and customer activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop these texts. You will receive one message confirming that no more texts will be sent, and your manager will reach you about your schedule another way. For help, reply HELP to any message, ask your manager, or call our office at (877) 552-2530.

Text messaging opt-in consent and phone numbers will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with the phone and text message provider that delivers our messages, which may use it only to deliver them, and when the law requires us to.

Your information is kept in WindowWall's business systems, which only authorized staff can access. We keep it while you work with us and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records or as the law requires.

You can change your mobile number, stop work text messages, or ask us to delete the information we keep for them at any time by telling your manager, replying STOP, or emailing marketing@windowwallfl.com.
