Referral Program

*Submission of referral must come before any contract is signed by the person you referred. Offer valid only on customers referred after 11/1/21. After their estimate they must become a customer for you to receive $100. Should multiple people refer the same home or business, the person who submitted the referral survey first will be awarded the $100. Homeowners, property managers or commercial business owners inputting their own address as a referral will be disqualified. The reward amount is only applicable for the first purchase. If multiple purchases are made by the referred party over time, the referrer does not continue to earn money for each purchase. Referral rewards do not apply to existing projects, appointments, or inquiries. Referral rewards are only applicable for new customer referrals (no previously issued appointment). Per IRS guidelines, anyone receiving prizes or awards of $600 or more in one calendar year will be required to submit a 1099-MISC form for tax purposes.

Florida Statute 817.234 False and Fraudulent Insurance Claims (7)(d) A contractor, or a person acting on behalf of a contractor, may not knowingly or willfully and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive, pay, waive, or rebate all or part of an insurance deductible applicable to payment to the contractor, or a person acting on behalf of a contractor, for repairs to property covered by a property insurance policy. A person who violates this paragraph commits a third degree felony, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
